Sources in Taiwan

  • Official: government open data with coordinates and opening hours.
  • Register: a venue list published on the health bureau's website. We record only the venue name and its approximate location; pins mark the venue, not the exact room.
  • OpenStreetMap: volunteer-mapped, not government-verified. Spots within 30 m of an official spot with a similar name are merged (2 merged).
  • Smoking rooms inside venues: 120 venues tagged on OpenStreetMap, listed separately and last. Not a recommendation; the venue's rules apply.

How often it is updated

The sources have no fixed schedule. We update by hand and aim to check monthly; the data dates shown are the real versions.

Reporting an error

  • In the app, open the spot and tap "Report this spot". We review every report.
  • OpenStreetMap spots can be fixed directly on openstreetmap.org; the fix arrives with our next update.
